How to use this guide
Eating, Taste & Appetite Pack
This pack helps on the days when eating is hard: ideas from trusted sources, a simple food and drink record, what worked for you, and questions for the team. It doesn't prescribe food, diets or supplements.

Fill it in by typing
- Download the PDF from your email or from the download page.
- Open it in a PDF app that supports forms, such as Adobe Acrobat Reader (free on computers, phones and tablets).

Common questions
- Who should I tell when eating becomes hard?
- The GP, nurse or treatment team. "Tell the team" helps you say what has changed. They can refer to a dietitian if needed.
- Do I have to record everything they eat?
- No. A few lines on the food and drink record are enough to spot what helps. Mealtimes should not become a test.
- Can I use supplements or special drinks?
- Ask the team first. The pack records what the team advised and who advised it; it doesn't suggest products.
- I typed into it, but my answers had gone when I opened it again. Why?
- Some previews, such as a browser tab or an email preview, can't save answers in a form. Download the PDF first, open it in a PDF app that supports forms, such as Adobe Acrobat Reader, then save.
- Is anything I write sent anywhere?
- No. The PDF doesn't send your answers to Keep It Together Care or to anyone else. They stay in the file on your device, or on your paper copy.
